Buy ordering, purchasing online of products from our ORDICA electric bike website, you have agreed to the terms and conditions as follows;

Order & Purchase

All orders/purchases can be made via our website or you can call in to your nearest ORDICA electric bike stockists. No registration is required to order/purchase online. Once you have purchased the product online, an email with details of your online order will be sent within 24hrs.

We accept payments from Bank EFT and Paypal credit card payments like Visa and Mastercard.

All online prices include GST.

Online Purchase Security Safety

Your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL encryption technology when purchasing from ORDICA electric bikes.

Note: ORDICA electric bikes reserves the right to make, amend any changes and modifications to our ORDICA electric bikes Website and including these Terms and Conditions without any notice. Freight , Shipping and Delivery

All online purchase orders will be dispatched via our nominated transport company ie. TNT, Northline, Allied Express and others. All orders online are processed and dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse within 1-2 working days. Once your order is dispatched the courier/transport company will delivery the order and may take 3-7 working days. ( Regional areas and some remote areas will require additional day(s) delivery time.)

Free Delivery does not apply to sale items unless stated. Regional and remote areas will incur extra cost .

We do not delivery to Po Box addresses, Please contact us and make other arrangements.

Deliveries service are only from Monday through to Friday, 9am – 5pm (No weekends). Customers will be informed via email with a Tracking Number. Given that all our deliveries are via third party transport company, we cannot guarantee you or request a specific delivery date or time.

Please ensure that you or someone else with authority to sign on your behalf is at home during delivery. Should the transport company delivery and you are not at home at the time of delivery, a note will be left with further instructions. Re delivery cost may be charge to you by the transport company for re delivery of goods.

ORDICA Electric Bicycles is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products to our customers. All our products listed on our website are current and pricing are correct. In the event that an ordered item is not available in stock on your purchase, we will contact you within 24hrs and dispatch your order once stock is next available again.

Your ORDICA electric bicycle will be delivered in a box approximately 70% or 90% assembled depending on your selected model. Some assembling will be required by the customer. ORDICA Electric Bicycles is not responsible for completing the assembly and fine tuning of your bike unless its purchased from our ORDICA electric bicycle stockist. The customer is responsible for completing assembly and fine tuning of all parts when purchasing the product online via our website. If any parts are damage or missing, you must contact us via email or phone call within 24 hours of delivery. We highly recommend that you take the bike to your nearest bicycle shop and have a bicycle mechanic assemble it should you feel that you are not able to assemble the bike.

Returns, Repairs & Replacements

As all our ORDICA electric bikes are quality checked and tested during and after the manufacturing process, all our ORDICA electric bicycle products are guaranteed to work on delivery. Should if in any case the electric bike or a bike part product is not working when it delivered, please contact us right away so that we can access and repair or service it under warranty. All purchases done via online, the buyer must return the goods at their own expense to be assessed and repaired. Our contact number and email is listed under contact tab. For all purchase via our ORDICA stockists, please contact them direct for service and repairs.

Refund Policy

Please choose carefully when purchasing online, as we do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision .

If your item is faulty on delivery, your issue will be assessed and solved under warranty.

Public Liability and Injury Waiver

Riding an electric bicycle can be dangerous and may cause injury and death to you the customer and to others in the general public.
By buying any electric bicycle from ORDICA electric bicycles, you the customer take full responsibility of your own safety, and the safety of others in the general public. You the customer agree to follow your state governments road rules and laws. You agree not to ride an electric bicycle where it is not allowed or permitted. ( Visit your state road rules and laws website for more info regarding rules and regulations)

If you have purchased and request the bike to be unlimited for your private land use only, you understand and agree that this is not a road legal bicycle electric bike, and must not be used on roads. You the customer agree that you have read and understand all the risks and agree to waive and release ORDICA electric bicycles from any responsibility and liability to you the customer and the general public.

Product Warranty & Conditions

As the manufacturer of ORDICA electric bicycles, we warrant against possible manufacturing defects providing the following conditions are satisfied:

  • Warranty on all ORDICA electric bicycles;
  • 2 Years Frame Warranty
  • 1 Years Warranty on the battery & Motor

1 Year Warranty on electrical and bicycle parts.

**Note: For off road models, warranty is 1 Year on all parts, electrical parts, motor and battery pack.

Warranty Does Not Cover or Apply to the following;

Warranty only to the original buyer and NOT Transferable (NO EXCEPTIONS).

When the electric bicycle is used negligently or results in damage due to traffic accident .

Top Speed is not covered under warranty, if your electric bike does not reach estimated top speeds, this is not covered under warranty.

If your electric bike does not reach the factory estimated distance advertised, and can vary depending on how you use the electric bike and the total weight carried, this is not covered under warranty.

All batteries will and do lose capacity over time, capacity loss is not covered under warranty. ( If the battery unit is used incorrectly or seal tampered with, this will void your battery warranty). Others that is not covered under warranty for battery are; If you have not charged your battery regularly, left your battery sitting unused for over more then 3 month, If you damaged your charger or battery by incorrect use.

When your battery starts to lose capacity and runs for less distance, this is not covered under warranty.

Damage due to normal wear and tear and maintenance. Parts that are not covered under warranty under normal wear and tear include; tires, tubes, brakes, brake pads, dérailleur and gear adjustments, tightening on all nuts, spokes, bottom bracket, chain and general adjustments (Please have your bike service regularly by a bicycle mechanic )

Rust and corrosion on bike is not covered under warranty.

Any modifications to the bicycle and components and electrical components will void your warranty.

Damage due to external causes will not be covered under warranty.

Any minor scratches, marks or imperfections will not be covered.

Any use of the bicycle as or for hire, or used for commercial will void the warranty.

ORDICA electric bicycle will only provide the spare replacement parts only under warranty period and not the above. Parts will be replaced or by similar if original parts is not available. Repairs that have not been approved by ORDICA electric bicycle will not be covered.

Original defective parts that are sent to our ORDICA electric bikes nominated service centre’s for assessment will be replaced by the same or similar part.

Warranty and Repair Claim

For all ORDICA electric bike product that needs repair and is covered under the Warranty Conditions period, you the customer will need to produce the proof of purchase document as warranty. Warranty cover is only valid to the original purchaser and not transferable to any or another customers. Please contact us for a warranty claim form which must be submitted if the product is purchased online. For all warranty claims purchased via our ORDICA electric bike stockists, please contact them direct. Warranty is not covered by other ORDICA electric bike dealer, only from the original store you purchased your bike from.

If you placed your order online, phone, or directly from ORDICA electric bikes, your warranty is only covered by ORDICA electric bikes direct, and not any of our dealers. The cost of sending and return of your ORDICA electric bike to any of our stockists/service center is at the customers expense.

Other Repairs

All ORDICA electric bike repairs not under warranty can also be repaired at our service centre’s at the customers cost.

ORDICA Electric bicycles carry all spare parts on all our current and past models. Should you wish to purchase any ORDICA electric bicycle parts, please contact your nearest ORDICA electric bicycles dealer or email us direct at

Intellectual Property

All Intellectual Property Material on our ORDICA electric bicycles website is the property of ORDICA electric bicycles. You may not reproduce, adapt, modify, display, perform or distribute or any part of any material.
